23rd November 2024 – Christmas Fair

A really good event with a variety of stalls selling a quality range of seasonal products. Unfortunately Storm Bert decided to crash the occasion but that didn’t stop you coming , looking and buying and thank you for braving the weather. The Dulverton Town Band were outstanding in keeping their promise to come and play for us and all despite the appalling weather so well done to all their members, totally brilliant, check out the video on the Photo Gallery page. Even Father Christmas made a stop over to come and make sure the kids got to post their letters to him and the Elves ready in time for the big day.
Also a big thanks to all our volunteers who worked so hard in planning, setting up and making sure the day went well, what would we do without you all.

Getting ready for opening time

12th October 2024 – Quiz Night

Not so well attended as last year but thanks to everyone who came and supported us and congratulations to the winners, it was a tougher quiz than previous years and really tested teams knowledge so well done everyone.
The night also raised £120.00 for Devon Air Ambulance and £120.00 for Cancer Research UK our 2024 Sponsored Charities, not as good as last year but thanks to everyone who attended and donated.

8th June 2024 – Book/CD/DVD/Plant Sale

The Trustees would like to give a big thank you to everyone who put so much work into organising this event, all those who donated plants and garden items, the donations of the delicious home made cakes, the helpers and those that visited and supported our efforts. Thank you all for making this, our first sale a great success.

24th May 2024

Due to the failure of the top oven and 2 hob rings on the right hand cooker and considering the age and condition of both of our cookers the Trustees decided to replace both of the cookers with 2 new more energy efficient cookers. After some research 2 Hotpoint double oven HDM67V9CMBUK cookers have been purchased and were installed and connected today.

14th October 2023

The Charity Quiz Night on Saturday 14th October was a great success, we had a lot of feedback from many of those of you who attended saying you had a great night and the Spanish food from Max & Mikes street food was good portions and very tasty,
The total money raised on the night for the Somerset Air Ambulance and Cancer Research UK was £305.00 which will be divided equally between the two Charities.
Thank you to all who came to the event and for your support in aid of these two charities, it is very much appreciated.

kind regards
